Welcome The Harris Family

Plant Utah would like to welcome Cody and Rachael Harris to the team. Cody, Rachael, and their 3 children are planting Gospel Life Church in St. George, UT.

Travels

We’ve been on the road a lot this fall making trips to Estes Park, CO, Simi Valley, CA, Orange County, CA, Vernal, UT, and Grand Junction, CO. We are writing today from Houston, MO as we make our way to Peoria, IL for ICOM, after stopping in Denver, CO, Colorado Springs, CO, Witchita, KS and Louisburg, MO. Please pray for the final legs of our travels.

ICOM

We will have a booth at ICOM and Matthew will be presenting two different workshops on Mormonism and Domestic Church Planting. We will be at Booth #918. Come see us if you are in Peoria!

The Next Generation…

We’re beginning to see the third generation of disciples in Utah! It’s exciting to see those we have shared the Gospel with now beginning to lead others to Christ and disciple them. One man, a former Mormon, is now in the early phases of planting a secret, underground church in his neighborhood! Disciples are truly making disciples and churches are planting churches.

Partnership Opportunities

Utah is a unique culture and church plants have had little success in Utah County. We felt called to plant churches differently. Our focus is on relational discipleship and the church plant is the result of disciples being made. This model requires less funding than a big launch-model type church plant, but resources are still needed. We are looking for churches/individuals that would like to invest financially, prayerfully, and physically in bringing the Gospel to unreached parts of Utah. If you are interested and would like to hear more about partnership levels and how to engage this culture, shoot us an email or give us a call!
